Choose our traditional line of potato gnocchi
Our classic potato gnocchi are crafted from a careful mix of water and flour, both left to heat for the time necessary to ensure a soft and creamy dough. After finishing the pasteurization, the gnocchi follow their path along our pasta production line as usual, until they are packaged. Then they are sterilized, so as to guarantee the product a shelf life of up to 5 months (for the Italian market), but if required (for the foreign market) we can extend their shelf life to one year, keeping them at room temperature between 22c/24c (71.5f/75.2f). After the sterilization process is complete, the Italian potato gnocchi are left to cool down prior the packing process.
