1. Do I have to register on this website to place an order?

Yes. The information given by the user (Name, Username, E-mail, Phone Nr, Address, Shipping Address, etc..) are necessary to correctly fulfil the order, placed on this website. All can be modified later. Also, if you register your account you’ll be able to keep a history of your orders.

2. How can I recover the password to my account?

To recover your password you just have to follow the instructions “Lost your password?”, when you are logging in. After inserting your e-mail you’ll receive a message with all details to retrieve the password.

3. How can I get a discount code?

We cooperate with some Social Media Influencers, who post daily and promote our products with a discount code. This code will give you a 10% discount.

PURCHASES on the website

1. To whom is the Shop Online on this Site dedicated?

This eCommerce is dedicated to private customers. if you are a representative for Large-Scale Distribution, retailer or a dealer, please consult our promotions dedicated to B2B.

2. Do you have a minimum order?

No. For orders of 10 packs of Gnocchi or more, shipped in Italy, we won’t apply shipping fees. For orders over 50 packs we suggest to use the form dedicated to B2B, because we can’t ensure shipping free of charge.

3. How can I complete an order in the Shop Online section?

To complete an order in the Shop Online section, you have to select the total quantity of the products you want to buy. Once you click “Buy”, the product will be placed in the shopping basket. After that you will proceed with the purchase by entering carefully all the requested information (user’s account, shipment, payment). Based on the details you entered, you will receive all the upgrades about orders.

4. Can I place an order by Social Media or by Phone?

Yes, You can contact us by phone or sending a message using all Media, defining the quantity of the item/s you want to buy. Our Customer Service will be happy to help you putting through the order.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

As we try to guarantee a fast shipment of the order, you need to contact Costumer Service incase you want to cancel or modify your order. Further information about the cancellation of an order, can be found in “Right of Withdrawal”, in section “Terms and Conditions”.

FEATURES of the product

1. What kind of shelf life do Gnocchi have?

We always send gnocchi with a minimum shelf life of 5 months.

2. Do I have to keep Gnocchi in the fridge?

You can keep them out of the fridge in a fresh and dry place (max. 25°). Once you open the package, it has to be kept in the fridge should be used within 2-3 days.

3. How much does a package cost?

You can find the price of each package of 500g gnocchi in its dedicated section.

Online shop SHIPPINGS

1. How much does shipping cost?

For orders of less than 10 packages the shipping cost is € 12.00 throughout Italy. For orders of 10 packages or more shipment is free of charge.

2. When will you ship my order?

We take charge of our clients’ purchase orders as soon as we receive it. Products will be send within 6 days from the placement of the order to the address provided.

3. Do I have to expect other additional costs?

Absolutely not. The only cost in charge of the client is the shipping cost, specified before the conclusion of the order.

Yes, Our products have VAT included in prices.

2. Which types of payment do you accept?

On this site PayPal and Bank Transfer are accepted.
NB. The client can pay by credit card or prepaid card, using PayPal even if he/she hasn’t a Paypal account. For any further information we suggest to consult the section “Terms and Conditions”.

3. When will the amount be charged to your credit card?

If you pay with PayPal, you will be charged as soon as you confirm the order.

4. Do you keep my personal data safe and secure?

We keep your personal data private and we’ll share them only with your agreement or if legally allowed.


1. When and How can I return an order?

You can return an order by following the instructions specified in “Right of Withdrawal and Refund”, in section “Terms and Conditions”.

2. How do I have to pack the goods I want to return?

Wrap and pack the items you want to return carefully and tidily. Apply out of the parcel the shipping label. Send an email to our Customer Service at to inform us in advance about the return of your order.

3. When will I receive the refund? 

Once our warehouse has received and checked the return, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method you used.
