Your fridge is empty and you only have a few herbs and spices to prepare a fast meal? No worries, our garlic and chili gnocchi come to the rescue! This is a perfect life saver recipe that can be cooked with only four ingredients: gnocchi, olive oil, garlic and chili peppers.
The secret for a perfect result is to use only high quality ingredients, above all extra virgin olive oil. Our dough does not contain olive oil as we would rather you add it yourself before you serve our gnocchi. Add more chili if you love hot food or follow the instructions to further enhance the flavor: shallow fry the garlic and chili pepper, drain the gnocchi when they are ready and sauté in the pan!
