We are proud to present to you our gnocchi made with chestnut flour, this is a very versatile ingredient in the kitchen that can be utilized both for savoury starters and sweet desserts. This dish is a perfect Autumn choice that is simply made with Chestnut flour that is ground down by Tuscan craft bakers instead of the usual soft white 00 flour.
