Peanut butter gnocchi
Have you ever thought about making a starter with peanut butter? Well there is always a first time! Boil the peanut butter gnocchi as usual and when it is drained add coarsely chopped peanuts on top with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic and and a pinch of pepper. This is a very fast and tasty dish!
