This is a typical Tuscany recipe that originates from Mugello. The Mugello landscape is characterized by a wide belt of mountains and hills that slope down into the flat area. This region of Tuscany is very well known for it’s typical, quirky and organic products as well as being famous for hosting an international where the Italian Motorcycle Grand Prix is held every year.
