Basel Pesto tiny Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • Basil 30 leaves
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Extra virgin olive oil 1 glass
  • Pecorino cheese 50 gr. (grated)
  • Pine nuts 30 gr.
  • Salt q.b.
  • Tiny Gnocchi 600 gr.

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in the blender and run at high speed for about 1 minute

Boil the gnocchi in boiling salted water.

As soon as the first emerge the water drain with a skimmer.

Mix the gnocchi with the pesto.

Serve the dish, with the addition of grated Parmesan cheese.
