Broccoli Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • Broccoli 600 gr.
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
  • Chili pepper 1
  • Salt q.b.
  • Gnocchi 600 gr.

Preparation

Start by washing and cleaning the broccoli and slitting them into florets.

Blanch briefly in salted water and set aside a glass of cooking water.

Boil the water for the gnocchi.

Meanwhile lightly fry garlic, oil and hot pepper in a pan, then add the broccoli.

Add a little cooking water and continue to cook until you reach the consistency you prefer.

Pour the gnocchi into the pot and drain as soon as the first ones starts to float.

Drain the gnocchi, add them to the broccoli and mix.
