- Minced meat 300 gr.
- Onion 50 gr.
- Mozzarella 100 gr. (optional)
- Carot 2
- Celery 50 gr.
- Tomato sauce 400 gr.
- Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
- Salt q.b.
- Pepper q.b.
- Parmesan cheese q.b.
- Tiny Gnocchi 600 gr.
Fry the onion in two tablespoons of oil.
Add the finely chopped celery, carrots and chopped mortadella.
Add the minced meat and fry over low heat.
Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and cook, without adding water.
Boil the gnocchi in plenty of salted water.
Drain as soon as the first emerge the water and season with hot sauce.
Sprinkle the gnocchi with Bolognese sauce with grated Parmesan.
